Customers often interrupt or complain *Hours may change suddenly *Can be very tiring *The downside of your pick rate being recorded is that you can easily be monitored. I believe there is a graph that records your pick rate over time. *If you are feeling tired and your pick rate is below average, this is picked up but is only a problem if it is regular. *If you are consistently a high performers with high pick rate, management will tell you to hurry up even if you are picking at target pick speed
