Awful culture. No support at all from team leaders or management. Not good training. Nobody does their job. Bullying and cliquey. Long shifts with stupid break patterns. No advance notice of rota and they give you shifts without consulting you about it first. Zero regard for work/life balance. Favouritism for certain colleagues.
