I do not have anything good to say about this company. I made a hasty decision to join here without thinking.

Specifically in Pune Branch - No incentive plan. No cab for night shift employees. No appraisal that has happened till now. Policies change every month based on manager's choice. They do not have good clients and few are even direct clients and work through other staffing agencies in the US. Attrition rate is too high.
