Reader, before you quit your current position and accept one at ASM-NEXX please read this section carefully.. List of Negatives of the company: * Very high turn over rate, which explains multiple openings, on job boards. For example they lost 3/4 of their buyers in 3 -4 months.. So many people have quit it brings moral down * Most of the electrical & mechanical engineer are sustaining existing products, only a very select few are doing NPI, which explains the high turn over rate. *Salary and Benefits are a bit below par. * Upper manager are to be seen. They are the ones that create the toxic environment. Back stabbers, not to be trusted. Sure they'll talk nice in your face, but man.... they'' talk dirt about you to your coworkers. Its not the co-workers that create this negative environment but managers. * no team oriented projects, everyone works silo-ed... no team spirit or building.. if you don't like working alone all the time this place isn't for you. *Manages keep a watchful eye on their employees, which means employees use there phone to check email or go on CNN. No company is perfect, but if I knew what I did 3 years ago I would have accepted the offer.
