Insurance rates are highly dependent on a number of factors including the state you work in and the plan you select. Unfortunately, the price of healthcare does continue to rise across the board nationally. We provide our employees options to choose the plan that best suits their individual and family needs. Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
