      There are no good reasons. They don't go out of their way to keep good employees. Upper management is only interested in keeping money in their pockets. I have seen alot of talented people​ get terminated. I have been on this contract since day one and was treated poorly from management. No respect or appreciation from management.

      You do not receive any severance package. They wait until the end of the day to tell you no longer have a job. The customer was more upset about losing me than ASMR. The human resources individual on the phone was very rude. I did not have a chance to defend my position. The customer is trying to get me back because he really likes me and said my performance was exceptional.

      Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

      The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
