employer lower pay and added more responsibility. Employees knew more then supervisors . No room for growth . People were in same position for years and were comfortable when the acquisition took place and stayed at the same rate of pay .Favoritism is high there and if you are not favored then it is just a matter of time before you are let go for a minor error , where other people have made the same mistake . I was not let go I left company for numerous reasons

Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
