The company main focus was the employees that made over 100K No bottom up strategy for those employees that worked call center. They would have live IT boot camps but only IT personnel could attend. We had access to Percipco Learning but the videos were out of date

Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
