      I joined ASM Research after having worked at other larger federal and DoD contractors. I specifically sought ASM Research out because of the workplace atmosphere and positive corporate values. I have made close connections with my colleagues and have always been treated equitably and with respect. At other places of employment, I felt like a number, expendable and didn’t feel the companies invested in me as a resource or an asset. At ASM, I’ve been able to grow, learn from folks who are more senior than I am and continue to develop myself while maintaining a positive work/life balance. Senior leadership are approachable, friendly and take time to get to know you. I see myself continuing my career at ASM for the long term.
