Extremely political with micro management and no accountability - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso ASME

Stop the ET from Micromanging every inch of ASME. Managers have no control to make decisions without constant interference. There is a lot of favoratism and people who are promoted for either doing the ET's jobs for them or kissing up. Benefits are so bad you would be better off going on the state exchange.
