There are a lot of job opportunities to move anywhere in the world, change is always happening, you can move into many different positions,it’s up to you to make that choice, advancement is highly encouraged.

The pressure from the customer and from ASML management to deliver high quality work on time is always present. You don’t want to be the person that causes the machine to be down any longer than expected. If you are not trying to learn more or be a better engineer, ASML will weed out the deadwood, Salary is good but ASML expects high performance, no room in customer support for slackers, headcount numbers on each shift are closely maintained by the contracts meaning no extra buffer people

Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
