      Long hours. You are expected to align with both the Netherlands and Asia in the same day. Some days, you will have meetings starting at 7am and ending at 6pm Boring work. No actual engineering involved. You will spend your days as a glorified technical writer, but will also have to run around chasing the actual engineers for answers to the customer's question. Your Project Lead will most likely have you do their work for them

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
