Company cares about the employees (specially if you are struggling with tight deadlines or very hard work, manager/ project lead may step in and help!). Good culture. Overall good company with good people. (I had a manager who helped a lot in all aspects, very good professional).

Salary could be better, you need to learn on how to handle tough situations (sometimes work-life-balance can be poor). Area is very expensive.
