1. They take themselves too seriously. Guys, you are a small chamber, not goverment. You guys wanted to become IAS, but couldn't, now stop pretending to be one. 2. Useless bureaucracy. Useless and illogical processes. 3. Focused group of 3-4 people who get to decide who's good and who's bad in the organisation and the Head of the Chamber only listens to them. pathetic leadership. 4. They pretend to be big, but inside they are too small and outdated. 20% people do the job for 80% useless people. 5. lack of transparency and structure. their recruitment is most pathetic. their criteria for a good person is someone who comes cheap. 6. lack of vision. they still haven't figured out what they want to become.
