      There is NO JOB SECURITY, The head of Admins is favoring a particular nationality who will stay and who will not regardless if you are working hard. Trusting a Verbal agreement is a NO NO because at the end they will clean their hands and will never take responsible for the words they say!There is no support at all from the Management to its Employees who are working in the Projects! The Bosses are only a display who always takes credit of the hard work of their employees! Bonuses and other benefits are only given to the Directors up to the CEO who do nothing but to sit in their offices and release a media telling that its them who accomplished the Job!

Things change, which is good. Successes are highlighted and rewarded. 3 Multinational and Probably one of the best places to work for in Qatar as a software engineer. Professional environment and has a startup feel with generous resources.
