Company is poorly managed, management is not capable of making a decision in a timely manner, resulting everyone running around like headless chickens. Systems, tools and processes are very outdated, still using Microsoft 2016 for example. Instead of investing to perfectionize the systems and tools, company just hires more people to do vlookup and pivot tables. Old fashioned way of working, lack of company culture. Clock in/out and home office requests in lotus notes are like a chain around the neck, showing how lack of trust management has towards the team. At At&s working harder is encouraged, not working smarter! Management rather micromanages than encouraging the team to have ownership of their own job. While the whole world is adapting to the AI world, this company still maintains everything in excel, with copy & paste. Very high turnover in some departments, but instead of reflecting on the job they blame the people who left Communication very little to none, barely any communication from the top, lack of empathy since everyone is miserable with their job.
