1. Management does not treat employees with respect, loves to curse and yell daily. Not professional at all. 2. yearly increment 3% , quite low 3. Notice period of 3 months once permanent, major red flag 4. Management may require you to go to shift with last minute notice (ex. 2 days) 5.Promotion is slow/non existent, will only do it when you attempt to resign. 6. Workload is not distributed evenly, less capable staff is not penalized or required to improve. More capable employees are "rewarded" with more work. Weaponized incompetence is a common thing here. 7.Cost saving measures are cutting deep into job function where simple request for CCTV in the line is not able to be approved. 8.Lack of mentors and capable people leading to more stress in the workplace.
