Grossly incompetent SLT that views employees as expendable. They resort to indiscriminate layoffs rather than taking responsibility for extremely poor project and fiscal management. This is a common trend in tech, but ATB takes it to another level with their blatantly performative positivity, pushing the illusion of "psychological safety" (a buzzword they drill into everyone btw) right up until the axe falls. The disconnect between their feel-good messaging and their actual behaviour is downright disgusting. The people doing the real work deserve honesty and integrity from leaders, not a carefully staged circus act to keep up the sunshine-and-rainbows facade.
