- Needs better coverage for mental health care
- It seems like a lot of money goes towards administrative areas, while the lab wings are pretty cramped. It badly needs an extension with additional lab spaces.
- Company recently changed from biweekly paychecks to weekly paychecks, which limits the ability to flex time, and being salaried, overtime is not compensated.
-Can be very difficult to climb the ladder. Admin staff seem to be promoted more easily than lab staff.
- Large reliance on paper records
- Management tends to rush implementation of new systems before they're ready
- Even with this being a non-profit, C-suite management makes multi-hundred-thousand-dollar salaries, and the old CEO was making over $2M in 2024 while not contributing much. It's hard to believe they're in touch with the common employee
- Dragged their heels on implementing parental leave until forced to by law. HR loves to emphasize the small things they implement.
-No leave sharing program
