Chill environment, good location of office, nice team buildings

You are expected to do one type of job forever, no support to progress further… As client started avoiding paying everything went downwards from no pay rises to, forcing us to work illegally for 8.5 hours, half of pay not being taxed, layoffs etc.

The best possible experience I've gained working at ATI project was being a part of a team of various engineers, developing skills in BIM modeling.

What I've found exhausting was working on large-scale projects with prolonged design development.
