ATL is for the leaders of the world. When you are a leader it is very empowering in every part of your life. Life is truly what you make it! Getting a career at ATL means a beautiful future. ATL loves seeing people blossom and grow. I really love my job and the management team is amazing. We appreciate and respect everyone. When you give respect you will receive respect. We are all in this together so if someone is struggling there is someone right there to pick you up and help in any way.

There are so many pros that I can't think of any cons.

-The solution they have created is one of the best in the industry. -Great team members that are fully committed to a common goal. -Others in the industry are fun to work with.

*You'll notice all other reviews were written during the same month, at the height of the unknown of COVID and all employees were working from home, not having to deal with CEO over their shoulder the entire time. -CEO is the epitome of a micro-manager (Though he preaches not being one) -CEO also preaches being "extreme owners" yet doesn't let you fully "own" your role as everything goes through him. -90% of the employees still there are just counting down the days until the CEO retires or moves on. -CEO is so in love one sales person he gets tunnel vision and ignores others.
