I have worked for ATN for over 4 years now. Management has a strong sense of responsibility towards their employees. During a slow period a couple of years ago no employee was let go due to lack of work. The company’s goal is to train and retain their employees, since the employee’s know how and experience are so vital in our business.

Since this line of work is project based there are always ups and downs in the workload. While the busy season can be stressful, the slow times can be just as frustrating.
