Flexible time A good learning place for juniors.

Very low compensation (low salary + low bonuses + long waitlist for internal promotion). Promotion is based on seniority, not on skills and achievements. Understaffed teams. Unqualified managers / team leaders that can't make decisions or plan in advance. Outdated processes.

Company is doing well. A lot of young people that want to make an impact.

There is not a lot of trust in the company and they continue to do the things the way the have done them for years and there is a lot of turnover.
