I have been with ATSG for almost 6 years now and I can't imagine working anyplace else. Right from the start, ATSG management has been supportive and encouraging in every way. The company policies allow for a great work/life balance and as a corporate employee, I am able to work remote from out of state (FYSA - ATSG is very supportive of remote work opportunities but many contracts do not allow this option due to restrictions is the SOW) . I have been given ample opportunities to grow within the company and as a professional. ATSG encourages personal development and provides ongoing learning and education programs as well as opportunities to branch into new fields of interest.

False and deceptive statements/practices to their clients Terrible, under-market pay Managers will manipulate their employee reviews to avoid giving raises and keeping their budgets low, either by giving false statements "on behalf of a client" even when evidences otherwise. Their main business practice is buying up/acquiring other small companies that compete against them, firing 80%+ of the staff, and then outsourcing the client base to their overseas subsidiaries to capitalize on the lower cost of labor - despite lowering the quality to existing customers. The management doesnt "practice what they preach" - theyre in it to make their money and bonuses and they would rather fire or replace staff with more willing candidates than make impactful change or improve their policies. I was apart of an acquisition they made of a company, and then spent my remaining time there watching them repeat this practice and see the turnover time and time again - with no regard to the staff or clients of the acquired company. I was able to negotiate an offer with a client of the former business that I was augmented to, and was hired directly, but still had to experience their inability to provide adequate services to this client in my new role - albeit as the customer instead of the servicer.
