Hard working talented employees are not valued. If you are not Taiwanese, little raise and no promotion. Non-Taiwanese talents quitted, high turnover and no professional HR on-site since the previous HR left the company, a lot of HR questions can't be answered in timely matter. No diversity, people speak Chinese in workplace, and non-Chinese speakers are isolated.
