If your goal is stress, confusion, and second guessing your career choices, this place has you covered. The pay is low, the pressure is high, and somehow it only gets worse with time. Turnover is constant, so you are always seeing someone leave or hearing that another person is looking for a way out. Leadership talks a lot, but the way things are run makes no sense half the time. If you are not one of the favorites, it becomes obvious pretty quickly. Favoritism spreads through this place like a plague, and good workers usually end up burned out or fed up.
One thing that really gets under your skin is how you can never fully relax here. You walk in thinking it might be a normal day, then five minutes later everything changes and nobody bothers filling you in. Plans get switched, priorities move around, and somehow you are supposed to just roll with it. Ask for clarification and you usually get half an answer or a shrug. After a while, you stop expecting things to make sense.
The saddest part is watching good people slowly check out. Some leave quietly, some hit their limit and walk out, and nobody acts shocked anymore. The people who stay just get handed more work and a fake thank you like that fixes anything. You can see the frustration on everyone's face, but most people keep their head down because speaking up usually goes nowhere. At some point, you stop thinking about growing here and start thinking about your exit. Do yourself a big favour and avoid working at and for this organisation.
