Absolute lack of organization, the management has no idea what's going on within their teams or they don't care. You are hired to do one repetitive task and keep quiet. New ideas are rejected by incompetent managers(maybe friend of who "count") who have only worked in Auto1 and think everything is perfect and nothing should evolve. Horrible and arrogant management, especially if we consider that many of them are in that position "maybe" because relatives or friends of the investors. Stay away if you are a motivated person, willing to learn something. You will waste your time and leave the place frustrated and in the verge of burn-out.
