- Company has grown a lot in 5 years and is financially stable, which means A LOT in Berlin, the city where every other month one start-up is closing down and massively firing employees. - It is truly fast paced, things change during the week, you have to adapt and this brings lots of learning. - There are career opportunities if you are smart and show commitment. - Salaries are at market standard and there are raises from time to time (depends on the department, I guess) - A LOT of super smart and great people are working here (also depending on department I guess). If they managed to hire and keep employees with this level, the company is doing something right

- Fast pace also brings pressure and stress, from time to time. As said in other reviews, this is not the company if you want a 9-5 job, which is not necessarily a contra, depends on personal view. - Office is really full for the last months, space could be better, more relaxing/break areas would be amazing.
