Bad management that doesn't care about the employees. They ignore everything we say and propose. Important things like deadline and improvements are totally ignored. In the end the pressure and stress end up on the employee lap. They are traditional company and doesn't follow any modern principles like Agile. They make everything to decrease the price of their product end up with lower salary than the market and few benefits. In the end everyone is unhappy to work there as I was when I worked there. Just ask anyone from engineering that has more than 1 year
