      - Plenty of opportunities to learn, improve your skills and tasks -Freedom in how you choose to complete your tasks -People are generally friendly -You get a lot of support from your seniors

      -Salaries are stagnant and the pay raise should actually be called an adjustment for inflation considering how little it is. -I had to go over and beyond to get a reasonable pay raise -No benefits (apart from hybrid work which is free) -No bonuses, not end year, nor Christmas, nor performance (unless you work at sales) -HR. I know people get to hate on HR department quite often but I literally got told by HR "finance department is replaceable, what we care about is the sales department" very reassuring.

      Worked as an outside rep. I ended up paying them to work here with all of the driving I had to do. Very little consistency with what you're asked to do. This company burns business relationships with dealers left and right. If you're an inside sales rep, expect a lot of people hanging up bc at this point most dealers already know this place doesn't live up to its word as far as the condition of the cars you sell, or the arbitration policy.
