This company is amazing to work for. Not only do they support you in whatever capacity you're working for them for, they encourage you to learn and better yourself and your skills while paying for it. This company feels like a family, and i do mean that. I have been at companies before that treat you as disposable help, ive been at others that treat you well but will cut you when it benefits them, this is the 1st company where i can truly say they have my best interest at heart.

With the company itself, there is no complaint. You do have to deal with other customers you are supporting and vendors, and usually any issue this job might have comes from dealing with other companies that dont have the same culture as AV-Tech Media Solutions

Absolutely none, all broken promises

This company is run by men who consider themselves “good ole boys” from Georgia. However, these guys are really just disorganized bs artists. They will make all kinds of promises but they will never follow through. I was hired to work for one of their clients without being told the business relationship was deteriorating. I tried to get onboarded for weeks until I got a pink slip instead (the week before Christmas). Job didn’t even last 90 days.
