You can forget about work-life balance here because this place doesn’t even know what that means. They treat you like you owe your life to them. Official hours say 12 to 9 but try leaving at 9 and you’ll be treated like you just committed a crime. People literally gossip and judge you for logging out on time. That’s the kind of sick culture this company runs on. They love throwing around bond threats. Break it and be ready for legal drama. So many employees have cases and court notices against them, it’s insane. And for what? Just because they decided to escape this toxic hell. When you resign or they fire you, and yes they do it randomly without warning, they’ll instantly replace you like you never existed. Hiring never stops here because people keep running away or getting kicked out. The privacy invasion is next level creepy. They actually check your phone when you’re leaving , WhatsApp chats, gallery, everything. They even screen record your phone. Imagine how disgusting that is. It’s not a company, it’s a surveillance center. They talk big about US process but that just means you’ll be working till 3AM and still expected to reply instantly. No off days, no peace, no life. Managers act like they own you throwing bad words at you, If you care about your mental health, your privacy, or your basic self-respect, stay away from this place. They run on fear, manipulation, and fake promises. Worst work culture ever and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
