They "had" a fantastic future in an As-A-Service (*AAS) industry leader. The global market appetite for these services is in the +$100B. AVCT had some very talented engineers with many years of experience. When the company was functional, they did take care of their employees, with the exception of the usual complaints about regular raises.

Well, they filed for BK in January 2023. They never achieved the fund raising goals from their venture capitalists. This was not their demise though. Their demise was the lack of, or conflicting, direction for the company. This was an senior management issue. They had 3 different CEO's in the course of 2 years.
