A lot of opportunity to learn from other employees, yet you have to proactively seek out the information. Ability to work on-site for a Fortune 100 company. Talented group of kids who are easy to work with. 401k matching program is nice.

Svantaggi

Compensation is pathetic - significantly less than national average. Benefits are terrible. No room for career growth. Unstable financial situation creates fearful work environment - I was never sure if I'd have a job the next day. Leadership places an absurd amount of pressure on employees, while offering no opportunities for career development & advancement. Not enough people to full necessary roles, so additional responsibilities are piled onto already overwhelmed employees. Management does not take the time to get to know employees & their strengths/weaknesses.

Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
