      Interesting projects, some great people

      Little or no support from Management, overly bureaucratic processes,. The PMs are overloaded with projects and are overly stressed.

      We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and are disappointed that this was your experience with us during your short time with AVI-SPL. We do believe that we have instituted feedback mechanisms for our team members to share with their leaders where processes can be improved and when stress begins to take its toll. However, we are forwarding your comments to our VP of Project Management so that he is aware. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
