Hi staff turnover, low salary, with no benefits - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso AVL

No bonus, basic pension contribution, no funding for training, limited / slow career progression, low salary, they are heavily dependant on one customer. They originally gave a £300 Christmas voucher and a team building trip abroad, which to be honest everyone would have preferred to have a bonus. Now with harder times in automotive, they removed the voucher & trip.
