This company has a great work-life balance with minimal stress. Unlimited PTO and 1 work from home day every other week. Competitive salary. Additionally, management is extremely receptive to feedback and eager to improve the company. Your voice matters here. There has been a lot of positive change in the past few months bringing in new talent which has resulted in more solidified processes and best practice implementation. This will only help continue to grow the company as it continues to acquire bigger and better clients. Additionally, they are very open to learning opportunities and frequently pay to send their employees to seminars and digital summits in order to learn about the latest and greatest in the digital space.

This company loves to tout that they have been around since 2001. You'd think a company that has been in the digital space for that long would be bigger and a little more well run. They endlessly repeat the same mistakes, never learning. Toxicity and incompetence is somehow rewarded and facilitated, never reprimanded. Chronic lack of planning and management in one role continuously means more work for the analysts. The organization chart is incredibly top heavy- the resolution to any issue seems to be "bring in more strategists" instead of "hire more people to actually carry out the work." Vocal clients are over serviced to the point of unprofitability and always to the detriment of other clients. The analysts and managers do their best to make things work, but are fighting an uphill battle against leadership that tends to be demoralizing and flippant.
