Well, I these feedbacks are very honest and based on the personal and my coworkers experiences. 1. Don't fall for even a single positive feedback given so far. Please DO NOT. All are fake and given by these HRs and some chamchas. 2. The so call CEO(Praveen Maheshwari and his sales vale chele Hemant and all) they all are money minded and if they are in office, it's very common that you will hear abuses from them. 3. It's not a company it's a family business, most of the employees are Maheshwari's rishtedaar. 4. They don't have good projects, even if they will assign you one, they will be very harsh on you related to work life balance and you may face some trust issues. I was deployed on the client side and they never bothered if I am facing any challenge or issues. they just say, if you have issues, just resign. 5. And forget about any help from your lead and HR? they all are arrogant and misbehaving entities existing on earth. 6. no learning, no perks, no proper canteen. 7. You have to complete 9 hours no matter what when you are in noida office. If you get late even for one day Or you don't complete 9 hours, the arrogant and useless HRs will start sending you complaince mails. 8. you can't take even 2 leaves in a month. they will start harassing you on this as well. 9. No training sessions, no proper KT, just give them the output. 10. Most important, they have Hiring and firing policy which no body talks about. 11. Micromanagement, salary cuts without even informing. 12. They will treat you even worse than a footwear. 13. if your client gives your even a small negative feedback, they will start scolding you badly and will ask you to resign or work harder on the project forgetting about your personal life. Please DO NOT join this organization. Do Not fall for any positive feedback.

None that justify the lack of transparency during the hiring process.

In my experience, the hiring process lacked transparency in ways that seriously affected my career. Here is exactly what happened: 1. The 3-month contract was never disclosed — even after I informed them I had a competing offer. I had two offers simultaneously — this company and a permanent, direct payroll position at an MNC. I clearly told them I was choosing their offer over the MNC role. At no point was it communicated that this was a short-term vendor placement. Instead, I was verbally assured of a transition to direct payroll within 6 months. I only found out the truth when I was placed on a 1-month notice after completing just 2 months. 2. The Appointment Letter contained significant new clauses not present in the Offer Letter. These were terms I would not have accepted had they been shown to me earlier. 3. No notice period was defined in any document. Neither the Offer Letter nor the Appointment Letter specified a notice period. This lack of clarity, in my experience, created uncertainty that never worked in my favour. 4. Full & Final Settlement took 70 days despite a 60-day clause in their own Appointment Letter. This required repeated follow-ups to receive money I was already owed. Before signing anything, get these details clearly in writing: project duration, vendor vs. direct payroll status, notice period, and FNF timeline. If any of these are missing or vague in your documents — treat that as a red flag and ask for written clarification before making any decision or just RUN because then also it is not guranteed that they will follow the rules.

1.There’s a lot of internal politics within the company. 2.It’s more of a Lala company — your employment largely depends on the mood of your team lead or the CEO. 3.The work culture follows a clear hire-and-fire model. 4.During hiring, they claim to offer good work-life balance and flexibility like work from home, but those promises are completely false. 5. When they decide to remove an employee, they send a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) email, saying that you can continue if you improve. However, in reality, once you’re put on PIP in AWC, it usually means the decision to let you go has already been made. If you receive such an email, it’s better to start preparing for your next opportunity right away.
