Vantaggi
- coworkers were quite nice and friendly
Svantaggi
- Biggest one: broke federal labor law regarding workplace organizing, then lied about it.
- no real incentives to exceed goals as a CCR (FT “promotion” was rare even for high performers)
- pay ($14/hr) may have been acceptable years ago but not enough considering the endless stream of incredibly rude and abusive customers, strict adherence to nonsense metrics (that almost no one manages to meet to begin with). Plenty of less stressful jobs pay more and have more hours available.
- company in general is scummy and has had a major lawsuit levied against them recently for breaking the TCPA
If you can put up with the BS callers and metrics, then this is probably fine if you just need some extra money. But you can definitely do better and you probably won’t last long. The turnover is very very high.
