Very little oversight, support, communication, expectations without communication, zero flexibility of implementation plans. Shouting down any bottom-up suggestions (employees consistently retaliated against when good suggestions make managers look bad) Entire architecture built on a zero-trust-of-employees model reliant on external vendors disallowing of many industry best-practices or common sense.
