Specifically in their accounting and reporting division, the management is poor. On top of that, the work-life balance is terrible. Employees are forced to stay up late almost every day just to finish reporting. There are certain individuals who legitimize this practice, so it’s not uncommon for team members to struggle without receiving proper guidance from the manager level.
