The staff is made up of wonderful people but leaving as soon as I can.

Too many to list. Management is out of touch with day-to-day operations. They think people are disposable. Loss of contracts without new business coming in. No planning for hiring. CEO in Chicago is arrogant and doesn't appear to care about employees, only his favorites. Can't trust current HR. Systems are out of date and difficult to use.
