- I promise I have not been coerced into writing this or work in HR.. genuinely some of the nicest people I've worked with and one of the kindest organisations. - People stay here for a long time so there's plenty of experienced people to help you learn and grow. - The work is genuinely interesting and impactful. - The organisation actually helps people in society, one of our customers recently hugged (!) a member of staff at the train station once she found out she worked for AXA, telling them how AXA Health saved their daughter's life. - Pay is reasonable. - Judged on what you contribute to the workplace rather than box ticking. - Healthy work life balance. - Give you a box of gifts as a welcome gift! - Management are genuinely approachable and will take time to meet you..
