Too Lazy to replace. Deadly Politics - Only a champ can survive if you refuse to become a part of nexus. Management Prior 2025 was Heaven and due to restructuring and Policies Change Post 2025 Management over all departments sucks. Compensations Pre 2025 were fair including annual raise%. Post 2025 have too many boundaries because of market trends, AI etc has affected job security significantly. Things have changed drastically as they have now started hiring people on senior positions from outside, earlier they only use to offer junior roles & positions to people so they could get used to the culture and not dominate their own culture from outside which has significantly impacted the work mindset of most teams. They do not compensate for promotions separately. Promotion only happens with appraisal so they club it. Don't expect separate raise on promotions Promotions here means nothing as they are offered generally with time no matter how messed up you are, you should just have a good perception around most people of your department necessarily your manager. They won't offer good compensation ever coz they know they have alot to offer differently in terms of peace of mind and people die to work in such an independent environment freely and they are well aware of this fact how other companies operate so they only offer you great environment not great money. If HR is against you, no one can save you. You will never be heard by your management, feedbacks here are not invited. They will ask for it but if you dare to be honest, you are responsible for the repercussions. Never be too nice nor be too ride; you have to be really balanced to be liked here! It has a very silent great level politics. You never know you are being noticed even If your manager sits onshore BUT YOU ARE BEING NOTICED & REPORTED BY SOMEONE On the name of diversity great things will only happen to FEMALES, male are treated as numbers just to keep.ny everyone. Every other stakeholder, leader, heading unit is a woman with huge ego no matter knowledge or patience This company is only for females, or for males like female Every year if you spoil their Pulse review, they will take revenge by adding a policy on you necessarily & very smartly so they only welcome good & dishonest Pulse Survey They want to be No.1 organization for female that aims to keep women on each and every higher position in every country no matter she is on a verge of getting into a coffin, forget things, unresponsive, has anger issues, male chauvinist, toxic feminist but she will LEAD you and will promote the most pathetic females around you. You will keep manifesting based on your hard work Hard work doesn't work here, only PERCEPTION does And first rule for any good thing your way (be it yearly awards, Recognition, Rewards Points etc benefits) rule no.1 is - You should be a woman Man's contribution will only be acknowledge if he has absolutely no replacement. Even then his job is not very secure. Earlier it used to be - but not anymore.

Mandatory 3 day in the office, abysmal raises (2-3%), and overall crappy culture. They're trying to improve the culture with “culture champions”, but it is just lip service because the company refuses to provide any meaningful budget for food or branded gifts for their employees. Office is very quiet and not in a good way. There is NO upward mobility unless you’re already in upper management.
