Not what I expected - Recensione dipendente - Claims Adjuster presso AXA XL

Hard to get any time off and very strict with flexi time. Felt very call centre like. The calls more important than staff well being attitude. Very short staffed and felt like management making things up as they went along. Micro management afoot here also.
