Working at AXISolutions Group has been a deeply disappointing experience. There is virtually no money to be made here—whether you’re an employee or a client. The CEO (Todd Pearson) operates with blatant dishonesty, showing zero respect for workers. In an almost surreal turn of events, it’s not uncommon for the CEO to reach out late at night begging employees and clients for money, which is both unprofessional and a massive red flag. He disappears randomly and then shows up to micro manage you and lies to your candidates, sometimes turning them away or stealing them behind your back. The work environment is chaotic, with job orders closing randomly and clients vanishing without explanation. This level of instability makes it impossible to feel secure or supported in any role. The leadership lacks transparency, professionalism, and even basic decency toward its team. If you’re considering a position here, think again. There are far better companies in Toronto where your time, skills, and dignity will be respected.
