Management is straight bologna and all they seem to have time to do is create drama and a hostile work environment for their employees. They are completely unprofessional and lie to make themselves look better constantly - lying to customers then going back on their word makes you look like an idiot. They have 'branch managers' who don't know how to do their jobs and literally just slack off and watch videos all day because their 'salaried' and they don't care about good customer service or trying to help the customers. Stay away no matter how good they make it sound upfront. It's not what it appears to be once you're in the company. Benefits are terrible too, they don't even offer 401K plans. They would rather lose great employees who actually want to be there versus the crappy employees who blow smoke up their butts and follow their lead in lying to customers. With the management they have now they will most likely just run the company into the ground
