Professional, hard-working team. Strong technical capability across the agency. Good focus on efficiency, systems and clear processes. Talented developers and technical specialists. Like many agencies, the pace could be demanding at times. The strong focus on process and efficiency may not suit people who prefer a less structured environment.

Great central office location. Quarterly gift boxes are a nice touch.

*The culture felt really impersonal and unsupportive. Workload can be very intense with limited recognition for the level of output expected. The management style felt very very rigid, not much scope to share or implement your own ideas. * Management (especially senior) showed a complete lack of sensitivity to employees’ personal circumstances. The communication felt overly focused on performance rather than having any sort of care for their wellbeing. * Limited flexibility with working hours (e.g., little scope to start earlier and finish earlier) Those looking for flexibility, autonomy, or a more supportive culture will find it very challenging to work here.
