Informal and pleasant working culture. Regular team nights out and events. Made a strong effort to maintain community during COVID lockdown. Good enough experience that I later hired AYKO as our Magento Agency when I went client side. Clear focus on improving how work is delivered. Strong project management team.

Like many agencies, the pace could be demanding at times. The strong focus on process and efficiency may not suit people who prefer a less structured environment.
