Beyond the incredible client work, what stands out most is how much the company truly cares about its people. I feel seen, supported, and consistently invested in both personally and professionally. There’s definitely a steep learning curve, but that’s part of what makes it so rewarding. You’re constantly challenged, but surrounded by smart, kind, and passionate teammates who make even the busiest days enjoyable. AZDS is a place where you can grow fast, do work you’re proud of, and feel part of something genuinely innovative.

Not really a con, but advice for anyone considering AZDS: there’s a ton of opportunity to grow here, but it requires initiative and a willingness to be challenged. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, you’ll fit in great!
